Among the 1,000 more employees, there are over 50 senior engineers and 200 more senior managerial personnel and specialized engineering staff. The company is a new hi-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of sophisticated microcrystalline glass products. Total investment is over USD12 million with a registered capital of USD3.28 million, current annual sales income reached over RMB300 million.
    With years of research and development, by effectively combining traditional industry with modern advanced science and technology, we have made important adjustment and renovation to the manufacturing process of the microcrystalline glass to greatly improve the product quality, the engineering level is leading the industry in the nation with certain design and development aspects close or surpass the world level. The product filled a gap in the microcrystalline glass industry of Jiangsu Province. As for development of new products, we successfully developed large size top of kitchen range which is leading the industry in the nation with high scientific content and of great market prospects.
